Time to reset and indulge over the holidays. Step out from your everyday life to recharge your body and mind. This  retreat is a great opportunity to let go of what has been weighing you down and get into peace and harmony. In our first of two December retreats, you will reduce your stress levels by relaxing the body and mind. It’s time to recharge yourself with yogic practices.

In addition to the Release, Relax, and Recharge Retreat, you will also receive many benefits of our yoga & meditation package. All together, your experience will include:

  • Learning self-healing techniques to do at home
  • Learning a range of relaxation techniques
  • Chakra balancing exercises and opening sessions
  • Foundation of understanding health and nutrition
  • How to overcome and deal with overwhelming emotions, negative thoughts and depression

During our December New Vision Retreat we will go through a unique process of discovering and living your personal vision and expressing your true self. It is a journey of reviewing your past, surveying the present, and imagining and planning for a fulfilling future.

This program will give you the tools to assess your needs, skills and present situation. We will work together to set goals to achieve what you want out of life and create an action plan to make your dreams come true and give the tools to manifest them step by step.
