- Tea is served in the Prana Lounge during morning silent time
Silent Time – from 9pm in the evening until breakfast the following day we have silent time. This is a time for us to go inward, reflect and prepare ourselves for the new day ahead.
Morning Yoga Practice – dynamic, powerful and strengthening vinyasa flow classes. Each week we focus on a different theme and go deep into a particular aspect of yogic philosophy. Every day of the week we focus on a different area of the body so you get a holistic, full body workout throughout the week.
Morning Circle – This is a time for connecting with others, getting to know the community and celebrating life through high vibration games, movement, sharing and chanting mantras.
Dharma Talks & Meditation – Each week we go deep into different topics from spiritual philosophy which always include interactive discussions and a variety of different meditation techniques.
Afternoon Practice – In these classes we go deep into understanding the relationship between our body energy, breath and mind . We will focus on a variety of different techniques including Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Restorative and Qigong.
Evening Meditation – a variety of guided meditations including active mediation, mantra chanting, sound bath, dance celebration and purification.
Food – we serve 3 vegan meals per day all made with fresh local ingredients and a lot of love by our kitchen team.
Saturdays and Sundays – In order to ensure that time here is balanced, we reserve Saturday and Sunday for reflection, relaxation, social activities and self- practice depending on what you need to recharge. We also offer optional day trips to various local attractions (with additional cost).

On top of the daily programme, we offer healing sessions, special courses and training throughout the year.
Check-in occurs on Mondays (9:30am-3:00pm). If you would like to arrive on a Sunday so that you are able to enjoy the full day of programming on Monday, we can offer you an extra night of accommodation, free of charge. We especially recommend this option to those who are joining us for a shorter time. Check-out times are on Saturday.
