In 2016, our 10 days intensive July Spiritual Retreats will increase mindfulness and awareness and create real change in your daily life. The retreats use applied philosophy, life coaching techniques and combined practices from different spiritual traditions to provide a holistic experience for every aspect of your being.

The programs provide practical tools to increase your awareness of mind, body, emotions, habits, actions and reactions and will bring health and balance to the entire body and mind.

July 7th – 16th 2016

Time to reset and rejuvenate. Step out of your everyday life to recharge your body and mind. In our first July spiritual retreat, we will focus on reducing stress levels, offering you a great opportunity to let go of the things that are weighing you down and find peace and harmony.

In addition to the Release, Relax, and Recharge Retreat, you will also receive many benefits from our Yoga & Meditation package. Altogether, your experience will include:

  • Learning a range of relaxation techniques
  • Chakra balancing exercises and opening sessions
  • An introduction to nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle
  • Learning how to overcome negative thoughts, overwhelming emotions and depression
  • Learning many Ayurvedic principles for a new frame of health
  • Spiritual philosophy classes integrating the wisdom of Yoga, Buddhism, Tantra and other disciplines
  • Meditation classes—silent and active meditation from the Yogic and Buddhist traditions
  • Yoga Asana postures classes—increasing awareness of both the physical and energy bodies through Hatha, Kundalini and Yin Yoga
  • Pranayama breathing exercises—expanding breathing abilities and lifting the body’s energy in order to experience higher realms of consciousness
  • Developing a self-practice, including self-healing and chakra opening techniques—a clear approach to the spiritual path by building motivation and self-discipline into daily life

During our July Vision Retreat, the Vagabond Temple team will guide you through a unique process for discovering your personal vision and expressing your true self. It is a journey of reviewing your past, surveying the present, and visualizing a fulfilling future.

This spiritual retreat will give you the tools to assess your needs, skills and present situation. We will work together to set goals to achieve what you want out of life and create an action plan to help you manifest your dreams, step by step.

The 10 day July retreat fee includes:
