“With a personal integrated program of nutrition, yoga, and meditation I have expanded my mind, pushed my boundaries and deepened my soul. With round the clock support and love, Kobi and Pazit have brought out the best of my abilities and given me the capability of self-belief and self-love.”

Silent Time – from 9pm in the evening until breakfast the following day we have silent time. This is a time for us to go inward, reflect and prepare ourselves for the new day ahead.
Morning Yoga Practice – dynamic, powerful and strengthening vinyasa flow classes. Each week we focus on a different theme and go deep into a particular aspect of yogic philosophy. Every day of the week we focus on a different area of the body so you get a holistic, full body workout throughout the week.
Morning Circle – This is a time for connecting with others, getting to know the community and celebrating life through high vibration games, movement, sharing and chanting mantras.
Dharma Talks & Meditation – each week we go deep into different topics from spiritual philosophy which always include interactive discussions and a variety of different meditation techniques.
Afternoon Practice – In these classes we go deep into understanding the relationship between our body energy, breath and mind . We will focus on a variety of different techniques including Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Restorative and Qigong. On Thursday we invite people from the community to share their knowledge and lead a class for the community.
Evening Meditation – a variety of guided meditations including active mediation, dance celebration and purification. On Wednesdays we have a movie night with popcorn instead of our regular meditation.
Food – we serve 3 vegan meals per day all made with fresh local ingredients and a lot of love by our kitchen team.
Sundays – Our long terms guests are welcome to take Sunday as a “day off”. You can use this time to explore Kep or rest and restore. For those who still want to practice, we have 2 yoga classes and one meditation on this day.
