Potatoes spend their whole lives underground deciding how they will grow to be delicious. This dish represents their master plan, mixing a seamless blend of herbs and spices with tomatoes and onions along for the delicious ride. For 4-5 People
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili
2 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
Fry chopped onion and garlic in a large pot for 5 minutes. Chop the tomatoes and add them.
After 5-7 minutes, add roughly cut potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Add all of the spices while frying. After 10 minutes, cover with water and cook it for 30-40 minutes. Before serving grind it with hand blender.
