Let’s Flow With That: Yoga (37 minutes)

The beautiful Kobi and Nishi present this 37 minute Yoga session to lengthen and strengthen the entire body. By slowing down, we have the opportunity to practice the various poses precisely and with greater awareness, by synchronizing the movements with the breath we go deeper into the present moment. This sequence is inspired by the water element – by bringing flexibility to our body we do the same with our emotional life. The best way to deal with obstacles is often to flow around them without effort: like a stream passing through rocks.
