Difficult past experiences can often manifest in the present and cloud our judgement, sometimes to the point where our perception of a situation is a million miles from what is actually happening. Unresolved past emotions can even lead us to recreate the same unpleasant scenarios time and time again, simply because we do not anything else.  While challenging, difficult past emotions can actually be very helpful on the inner journey as they teach us the most important thing: knowledge of self. This meditation will allow you to use a difficult past experience in a positive way.
