Serving: 1 small jar
- onion x 1 kg
- palm sugar x 1/2 kg
- oil x 2 tablespoons
Slice the onion as thin as you can and fry it with the oil for 6 minutes.
Add all of the sugar and heat it on a low flame for 30 minutes.
Put the jam in the fridge and wait until it cools for at least 2 hours.
