Retreat Guidelines

  • All students are required to follow the code of conduct to ensure a smooth running of the retreat.
  • There must be a sincere commitment to self-growth and dedication to practice, openness and readiness to investigate oneself and to create change and transformation.
  • The non- refundable deposit is your commitment to sincere practice. For Pricing information see the details on each retreat program.
  • Attendance in all classes is a must as each class contributes to the next. If you experience any difficulties and cannot attend for any reason, please inform the teachers.
  • We will strike the gong ten minutes before activities, please come to the classes on time.
  • Do not use any intoxicants like alcohol and drugs during the retreat period.
  • Smoking cigarettes is permitted only in designated areas (although not recommended, we offer support for those who wish to quit smoking while doing the retreat).
  • Our retreat centre holds strong vegan values. Please do not bring meat or animal products to be consumed on the premises.
  • The retreat centre’s gate is open from 6 am to 9.00 pm. Guests are asked to come back to the centre by 9.00 pm or stay the night in town.
  • Internet access is available at certain times during the day. We encourage people to take time off from using the internet for social interaction, and use the internet solely as a research tool and for making arrangements.
  • We accept payment in cash only (USD, GBP or EUR) upon check-in. If you decide to shorten your stay for any reason, we will refund 50% of your remaining days, not including the deposit.
  • Recommended check in is between 10:30am-12:00pm and 2:00-4:00pm. We do our best to accommodate arrivals outside of this time frame, though we ask all guests to arrive to the center by 6:00pm.
