Shoulder Stand On Chair (20 mins)

Inversions are very powerful, but sometimes we neglect to do them in our practice. This is one of Kobi’s favourite postures, and he recommends doing it on a daily basis due to its amazingly restoritive properties. This variation of shoulder stand is great for opening the chest and calming the nervous system.
