Yoga: Sun Salutations (15 minutes)

The sun salutation is such a famous Yoga sequence as it strengthens and lengthens the entire body in one easy-to remember routine. They may be slight variations depending on the teacher, here is our version. This is a great sequence to practice first thing in the morning and is perfect for getting your body warmed up and flowing when you do not have much time.
